Mission
Support the bank’s Management Control function by structuring and governing the profit-center hierarchy, driving transfer pricing (SLA) calculations and revenue allocations, and enhancing profitability analyses.
Lead data quality and automation initiatives (primarily in Excel/VBA, with Business Objects/SQL/Power BI as assets) to deliver reliable monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in close collaboration with Accounting, IT, and Business teams.

Main responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the profit-center hierarchy, including AuM and revenue splits by legal entities, business lines, and geographies.
- Validate reference data (cost/profit centers, P&L by management groups) to ensure consistency, traceability, and auditability. Transfer pricing (SLA):
- Participate in transfer pricing calculations and allocate revenues across accounting entities.
- Document allocation rules, trace methodologies, and contribute to coherence controls and reconciliations. Profitability calculations:
- Contribute to profitability calculations and models (formulas, inputs, simulations) for products, clients, and business units.
- Prepare variance analyses and validation materials for management review and governance committees. Data, tools, and automation:
- Develop ad hoc automation projects (Excel/VBA/Business Objects/SQL) to streamline data flows and reporting processes.
- Improve data quality through controls, alerts, and accounting vs. management reporting reconciliations.
- Produce and enhance dashboards and KPIs (AuM, revenues, profitability by BU/product/client). Support and coordination:
Key requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or HES (University of Applied Sciences) in Business/Economics/Finance. Experience and Technical skills
- Initial experience in management control, audit, or finance within a banking environment.
- Solid foundations in management accounting: cost and revenue allocation, profitability analysis.
- Excellent command of Excel with VBA and a strong appetite for process automation.
- Knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, and/or Power BI is an advantage.
- Familiarity with banking KPIs (AuM, revenues, margins) and multi-axis reporting (entity, business line, geography) is advantageous.
- Comfort working with SLAs, documented allocation rules, and traceable methodologies. Languages
