We’re looking for a front-oriented Investment Specialist to advise clients, execute trades, and grow business across our Wealth Management (WM) and External Asset Manager (EAM) segments.
You’ll combine revenue generation with strong risk management, client engagement, and continuous process/tool improvement to drive quality, volume, and profitability.

- Internalize flows where possible (Structured Products, AMC, UBAM funds, PMG, OTC derivatives) Client Engagement
- Proactively share ideas and marketing materials; tailor pitches using portfolio and flow analysis
- Support Relationship Managers in client meetings, prospecting, and follow-ups to deepen relationships and retention Business Development
- Promote our value-added offering across WM/EAM and within the Bank
- Drive activity, increase transaction volumes, and contribute to PnL Tools & Process Improvement
- Automate and optimize workflows (VBA/Python/Dashboards) to free time for clients
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance speed, quality, and control Risk, Controls & Conduct
- Lead by example with integrity and professionalism
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
- 5–10 years in private banking, sales trading, investment advisory, or structured products (Swiss or international bank).
- Deep knowledge of markets and multi-asset products; experience with structured products, funds, mandates, and vanilla/exotic OTC derivatives
- Proven advisory and execution track record with measurable PnL impact
- Strong understanding of Swiss regulations; risk and control mindset
- Advanced Bloomberg; voice trading (Turret) a plus
- Experience with portfolio management systems Technical skills: VBA and/or Python; BI/dashboarding a plus
- Excellent communication; fluent English. French and/or German are strong assets
- Client-centric with commercial drive and negotiation skills
- High vigilance, analytical rigor, and responsiveness under time pressure
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused
- Team player; collaborates across WM, EAM, Trading & Treasury, Investment Services, Risk, and Compliance
