- Organisation und Durchführung von ambulanten Operationen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Gynäkologie, Urologie, Dermatologie und HNO
- Vor- und Nachbereitung der OP-Säle mit entsprechendem Equipment für minimalinvasive und schonende Verfahren
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl.
- Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA OP mit SRK-Anerkennung
Main responsibilities
- Organisation und Durchführung von ambulanten Operationen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Gynäkologie, Urologie, Dermatologie und HNO
- Vor- und Nachbereitung der OP-Säle mit entsprechendem Equipment für minimalinvasive und schonende Verfahren
- Sicherstellung der sterilen Arbeitsumgebung sowie Einhaltung aller hygienischen und aseptischen Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurgen, Anästhesisten und dem Pflegepersonal zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen OP-Ablaufs
- Patientenbetreuung vor und nach ambulanten Eingriffen, inklusive Aufklärung über postoperative Maßnahmen
- Dokumentation und Erfassung aller relevanten OP-Daten sowie Optimierung der Material- und Bestellprozesse für den OP-Bereich
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl.
- Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA OP mit SRK-Anerkennung
- Erfahrung in der ambulanten Chirurgie oder in einem interdisziplinären OP-Zentrum von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Patientenorientierte, einfühlsame Kommunikation und souveränes Auftreten
- Freude an geregelten Arbeitszeiten ohne Nacht- und Wochenenddienste
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus Unser Angebot:
