To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated technical specialist in the areas of buildings, infrastructure and project management.
- Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure
- Management and supervision of projects and sub-projects such as new installations, conversions and extensions of production or infrastructure facilities
- Planning and procurement in compliance with regulations, budgets and deadlines
- Conceptual and operational management of the projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards, GMP requirements and HSE guidelines
- Active participation in qualifications in the GMP environment
- Project management and project controlling of investments at the entire site
- Regular reporting to senior management
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Basic technical training with further training in engineering, facility management, engineering or project management
- Experience in supporting building and infrastructure facilities
- Project management experience, ideally in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of GMP, HSE and technical standards is beneficial
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- Communication strength and pleasure in working with different stakeholders
- Very good German - as well as good English skills in word and writing
- On-call service
