Main responsibilities

- Provide secretarial support for the legal affairs department (SAJ)
- Provide administrative support to members of the legal affairs department and carry out administrative monitoring of files as well as their physical and IT maintenance, from reception to archiving, including referencing
- Take charge of certain aspects of legal files independently, under the supervision of legal advisors

Company and context
- Assume organizational monitoring of the department (telephone reception, organization of sessions, coordination of agendas, internal administrative procedures, etc.)
- Write draft letters and documents with legal content (emails, letters, minutes, briefs, schedules of documents, etc.)
- Initiate and update documents such as projects, tables, planning, PPT presentations according to the needs of the service.
- CFC for commercial employee or training considered equivalent, certification in legal secretarial work would be an asset, complete executive secretarial training
- At least 5 years of professional experience in executive secretarial work with a court, a criminal prosecution authority, a legal service or a law firm.
- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network and/or the Geneva judicial organization would be an asset
- Dynamism, interpersonal skills and flexibility are essential qualities for this position
- Ability to work independently, taste for precision, excellent writing and organizational skills
- Proven knowledge of IT and perfect mastery of the main usual office tools, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Team spirit, discretion, ability to work independently
