Introduction We are looking for Senior Management Assistants (H/F) whose main mission will be to assume a central and leading role with management by providing operational support in the fulfilment of its responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring all administrative activities
• Anticipate, organize and monitor workflows of work, information and communication in full autonomy, including through email management, calendar, calls and correspondence
• Acting as a high quality interface between management and internal and external interlocutors
• Expectation and availability to identify and implement solutions tailored to different situations
• Manage specific files and projects online
• Draft meeting records, coordinate and follow up decisions taken
• Prepare presentations and report by collecting and analyzing data and results Profile
• Commercial maturity or equivalent training, federal certificate of management assistant, an asset
• A proven experience of more than 10 years as a senior management assistant in a large structure
• French mother tongue with excellent spelling and perfect syntax
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of English
• Mastery of common computer tools
• Strong capacity for anticipation, leadership and very good priority management
• Personality with interpersonal, service and hospitality
