Company and context
- Your mission is to translate On’s unique culture, spirit, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into engaging content and digital experiences that connect with and attract exceptional talent globally, supporting our organizational growth and performance.
- You will design, execute, and scale On’s global employer branding initiatives across primary digital channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, the Careers page and more.
- You will write, and curate engaging written and visual content that highlights On's unique workplace culture, team member stories, and technical innovations
- You will manage relations with internal and external agencies for content production and execution.
- You will maintain and optimize On's global digital footprint as an employer, ensuring consistent branding while supporting local relevance across different offices.
- You will lead cross-team collaboration to showcase authentic internal stories.
- You will champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across different teams, educating internal partners on how to act as brand ambassadors.
- You will act as the custodian of On's employer brand, ensuring all internal and external-facing talent materials are aligned with On's core spirit and visual identity.

- You have about 4-6 years of expertise in employer branding, communications, or recruitment marketing, with a strong ability to translate organizational culture into an authentic Employee Value Proposition.
