- Main responsibilities
- Support the planning, design, and execution of internal events, such as town hall, team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, global business meetings
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in event coordination, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting corporate or internal events is preferred.

Key requirements
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in event coordination, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting corporate or internal events is preferred.
- Experience in the financial industry is an advantage but not required.
- Degree or training in Communications, Events, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Company and context
- Assist with the organization of client-facing and expertise-oriented events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including budget tracking.
- Invitations and communications, aupplier coordination. venue arrangements, catering, guest management, on-site support
- Partner with the Production Team to prepare event-related materials, including presentations, agendas, event programs, signage, Invitations, follow-up communications and support the preparation of post-event content, such as photos, videos, and event summaries.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and event partners to support the smooth delivery of events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable using communication and coordination tools, such as Outlook; event management platforms, such as Evenito or Evenium; Survey tools, such as SurveyMonkey;
- Project management tools, such as Monday.com
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret event feedback and participation data.
