- PLAYING YOUR PART EVENT PLANNING AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE You will participate in the organization of international client and press events You will ensure follow-up with markets, and internal teams You will support the Event Team in event logistics and production activities LOGISTICAL AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT You will manager rooming, lists, guest lists and attendance confirmations, as well as perform various administrative tasks You will update documentation and working tools throughout each project You will assist the team on-site during events to ensure their smooth running REPORTING AND ANALYSIS You will participate in collecting post-event feedback You will assist in preparing event reviews and performance analysis reports WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Success in this role will require Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a strong interest in Luxury and Event Management A first internship experience in event organization or communication is a plus Solid organizational skills, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus Fluency in English and French Curiosity, agility, proactive attitude and strong teamwork spirit Vacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
