Main responsibilities
- Gestire la logistica dell'evento, inclusa la selezione delle location, degli allestimenti e dei servizi di catering
- Gestire gli inviti, le registrazioni e i flussi di comunicazione pre e post-evento per ospiti, VIP e influencer
- Gestire il follow-up commerciale e le relazioni a lungo termine con i partner strategici coinvolti Requisiti:
Key requirements
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, preferibilmente nel medesimo ambito e con contesti VIP e KOL
- Esperienza nella gestione di eventi complessi per contesti internazionali
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, buon francese e spagnolo.
- Ottima conoscenza di strumenti digitali per la gestione degli eventi e l'invio automatizzato degli inviti Soft Skills:
