- Ensuring the safety and compliance of construction sites You will monitor the rigorous application of the safety regulations and procedures in force on construction sites.

- Strong experience in managing electrical construction sites.
- Holding an electrician construction manager certificate or equivalent qualification, you have an excellent command of electrical systems and proven experience in managing teams in the field.
- Significant experience in the renovation of exceptional properties You have participated in high-level renovation projects, whether historic buildings, stately homes or prestigious residences.
- You understand the specific technical constraints of these environments and pay particular attention to the quality of the finishes.
- Impeccable technical mastery Reading and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams are among your strong points.

- You will ensure efficient organization of resources and smooth collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors and various stakeholders.
- Master the technical execution of the works You will interpret the plans, diagrams and technical documents in order to ensure implementation compliant with regulatory requirements and customer expectations, while optimizing the technical solutions adopted.
