Role overview
You control the turnover, availability and performance of our webshops for Delizio and CoffeeB Switzerland and bring business, technology and many interfaces together effectively.

- You lead and develop the webshops of Delizio and CoffeeB Switzerland with sales and performance responsibility.
- You control sales, forecasting and action planning for coffee machines, coffee and accessories.
Main responsibilities
- You lead and develop the webshops of Delizio and CoffeeB Switzerland with sales and performance responsibility.

- You optimize product range, customer journey and sales performance based on data and with a focus on growth.
- You contribute to the technological development of the webshops and prioritize requirements, features, interfaces and digital processes.
- You network e-commerce, sales, brand marketing, performance marketing, CRM / CLM, technology and agencies and ensure smooth cooperation. Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in e-commerce, online sales, digital marketing or CRM – ideally in the FMCG, consumer goods or retail environment
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or similar; alternatively a commercial basic education with relevant further education
- Experience with ERP and shop systems, ideally with Odoo, SAP and Shopify as well as a good technical understanding of interfaces and digital processes
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in data-based performance, forecast and action control
- A structured, hands-on and communicative personality who feels comfortable in a role with a lot of personal responsibility and many interfaces in German (negotiation confident) English (very good knowledge) Cosa of friamo
