Attached to our Event Logistics Centre, the Director is responsible for the implementation and deployment of Vaudoise visual media and signage throughout Switzerland.

- Supervising the application of the graphic charter and adapting the media to communication needs
- Manage stocks, orders and deliveries of advertising media
- Participate in coordination of on-site interventions

Company and context
- Guaranteeing the quality and consistency of our brand image, he/she coordinates advertising achievements, monitors productions and contributes to the logistical organization of our events, in close collaboration with the various internal and external partners.
- Advertising (50%) Brand and signage management
- Implement and monitor the visual communication of agencies throughout Switzerland
- Ensure the conformity of window displays, signs, vehicles and communication media with the Vaudoise brand identity
- Coordinate suppliers and suppliers in collaboration with procurement
- Monitoring of achievements and associated reporting
- Maintaining internal communication tools and platforms Production and operational management
- Pilot projects to produce, print and deploy visual media
- Provide visual support to teams during communication actions and events Events and logistics (50%) Event organization and support
- Ensure the preparation, transport, installation and dismantling of equipment at events organised by the Vaudoise in Switzerland
