- Team management: to guide and lead the project and project management team, to ensure a cooperative and stimulating working environment
- Diploma of Engineer (United/EPF/HES/HF) or equivalent training
Main responsibilities
- Join and strengthen our team and assume responsibilities as: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE WEST REGION, BUSINESS UNIT CIVIL 80-100% (e/h/d) LAUSANNE / FRIBOURG / DELÉMONT YOUR TACHES:
- Team management: to guide and lead the project and project management team, to ensure a cooperative and stimulating working environment
- Project management: develop and oversee detailed project planning, taking into account resources, timelines and technical specifications.
- Establish specific budgets for each project with the financial department and monitor expenditures throughout the process
- Client and partner relationships: ensuring seamless communication with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of needs and expectations YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience in managing civil engineering projects, conducting project portfolios and managing acquisitions
- Team leadership: promoting a culture of collaboration and cohesion.
- Support, inspire and motivate a successful team, provide clear guidance and promote professional development
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of German
- Flexibility, communication and entrepreneurial spirit are your assets.
Key requirements
