- You will assume joint strategic and operational responsibility for the department, in a co-management setup.
- You will ensure the quality, technical, and financial performance of assignments and projects and you will actively contribute to acquiring new mandates and developing business in Switzerland and abroad.
- University degree in civil, hydraulic, or related engineering (ETH/FH/UNI), with additional qualifications in management, finance, and team leadership (leadership and people management), as well as technical expertise in hydropower plants or underground works.
- Solid experience in the design and management of complex assignments in the hydropower and hydraulic works department.
Main responsibilities
- You will assume joint strategic and operational responsibility for the department, in a co-management setup.

- You will support the growth of your teams by fostering a work environment based on collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- As a member of the management team, you will directly contribute to shaping the future of Lombardi Switzerland as a whole.
- You will act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
Key requirements
- University degree in civil, hydraulic, or related engineering (ETH/FH/UNI), with additional qualifications in management, finance, and team leadership (leadership and people management), as well as technical expertise in hydropower plants or underground works.
- Solid experience in the design and management of complex assignments in the hydropower and hydraulic works department.
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions with a comprehensive vision and ability to lead with consistency, empowering people and creating safe and stimulating work environments.
- Legal, financial, and contractual awareness for the comprehensive management of assignments.
- Excellent command of Italian and English, with good knowledge of at least one other national language.
- Availability for short business trips within Switzerland and abroad.
