Introduction For our Information Systems Division, we are looking for a Data Protection Advisor (DPO) (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure compliance of personal data management for the Rolex Group. Responsibilities

• Ensure the application of the Personal Data Protection Regulations within the Group
• Maintain the documentary base, including policies and guidelines
• Publish monthly and annual activity reports
• Managing the relationship and contracts (DPA) with the Group's companies in Switzerland and abroad
• Ensuring the processing of requests relating to the rights of persons
• Ensure the relationship with the Group's trades and maintain the register of processing activities
• Identify and track compliance gaps, participate in compliance audits
• Advise project and operational teams on compliance issues
• Training the Group's staff
• Ensuring legal oversight
• Identify and carry out treatments requiring risk analysis (RAA)
• Managing incidents related to the security of personal data, including the relationship with supervisory authorities
• Integrate European standards into compliance processes (IA Act, Data Act, CRA, DSA, DMA, ...) Profile
• Higher education in computer, economic or legal fields
• Good knowledge of computer architecture and cyber security principles
• Risk management skills
• Mastery of personal data protection standards and laws, including LPD and GDPR
• Certification(s) on Swiss and/or European data protection standards
• Excellent communication capabilities, particularly in interactions with treatment managers and the legal service
