- Design, implement, and enhance Oracle PL/SQL objects (packages, procedures, views) within the ODS and across upstream (Core Banking) and downstream client application interfaces, emphasizing maintainability (clean modular design, clear naming, code reviews), robust observability (structured logging with audit trail in mind), and operability (standardized error handling and troubleshooting runbooks) to support reliable production operations.
- Create and modify UNIX KornShell (ksh) scripts to orchestrate multi-timezone batch jobs and data workflows.
- Coordinate delivery with onshore and offshore team members; align with architectural guidelines and interface contracts.
- Maintain and improve existing database artifacts, ensuring performance, stability, and reliability in production.
- Communicate with adjacent systems across the bank’s information system to ensure end-to-end data consistency and integrity.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage go-lives and production support.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, specification drafting, and knowledge sharing where appropriate.
- Data Domain: Operational Data Store fed by Core Banking events; gateway to Wealth Management and Operations applications.

- 7–15 years of experience as an Oracle-focused analyst/developer supporting production systems in complex environments.
- Expert PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning and robust error handling.

- Experience eliciting requirements and producing functional and technical specifications aligned with architecture standards.
- Hands-on experience operating and supporting production data platforms (deployments, incident response, stability and performance improvements).
- Proven collaboration with business analysts, architects, and development teams across regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with multi-region, multi-timezone batch processing strategies in banking or similar regulated domains.
- Ability to leverage AI as a productivity tool for documentation and development specifications.
