For our Information Systems division, we are seeking a Data Protection Officer (DPO) (M/F) whose primary mission will be to ensure compliance with personal data management for the Rolex Group.

- Higher education in the field of computer science, economics, or law
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and cybersecurity principles Interest in risk management
Key requirements
- Higher education in the field of computer science, economics, or law
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and cybersecurity principles Interest in risk management
- Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding personal data protection, particularly LPD and GDPR
- Certification(s) in Swiss and/or European data protection standards
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in interactions with data controllers and the legal department
- Fluent in French and very good level of English
Application process
- Ensure the application of regulations regarding personal data protection within the Group
- Maintain the documentary database, including policies and guidelines
- Publish monthly and annual activity reports
- Manage the relationship and contracts (DPA) with Group companies in Switzerland and abroad
- Ensure the processing of requests related to individuals' rights
- Maintain the relationship with the Group's Business Units and keep the record of processing activities up to date
- Identify and monitor compliance deviations, participate in compliance audits
- Advise project and operational teams on compliance issues Train Group employees Ensure legal monitoring
