In order to strengthen and complement our technical team, we are recruiting 100% maintenance coordinator (ref: 1969) A true conductor of maintenance activities, you will help to ensure the availability, safety and performance of the technical facilities of our facility at the service of patients and employees. Your Mission Within the Technical Service and under the responsibility of the Technical Manager/Technical Director, you are responsible for the organization, planning and monitoring of all maintenance activities of the facility. You coordinate internal and external teams, ensure the traceability of interventions, participate in the deployment of the GMAO and ensure the proper execution of maintenance contracts to ensure the availability, safety and performance of the hospital's technical facilities. Your main responsibilities Maintenance planning and coordination

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Prioritize interventions according to their level of emergency, criticality and impact on hospital activity.
• Organize and coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external companies.
• Ensure traceability and follow-up of the interventions carried out. Management of technical facilities
• Identify and maintain inventory of technical facilities and equipment.
• Identify critical equipment requiring special monitoring.
• Identify facilities involved in work or redevelopment projects.
• Ensure the reliability of the establishment's technical data. Deployment and operation of GMAO
• Participate in the selection, setting and deployment of the GMAO.
• Integrate buildings, premises, equipment, contracts and maintenance plans.
• Follow up on requests for intervention and work orders.
• Develop maintenance dashboards and performance indicators. Maintenance contract management
• Identify and monitor existing maintenance contracts.
• Identify needs for new contracts or contracts requiring updating.
• Participate in the development of specifications and renewal of contracts.
• Monitor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Provider coordination
• Plan for external business interventions.
• Organize access to the different areas of the hospital.
• Coordinate work with internal teams and user services.
• Collect and archive intervention reports, certificates and records.
• Report and follow up on delays, anomalies or non-compliance. Technical documentation management
• Centralize, organize and update all technical documentation (plans, diagrams, DOE, records, reports, contracts, certificates and history of intervention).
• Ensure availability of technical information for internal teams and providers. Qualifications
• Controlling preventive and corrective maintenance of technical buildings.
• Excellent organizational, planning and coordination capabilities.
• Good knowledge of technical installations: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, medical gases and building techniques.
• Reading and understanding of technical plans and diagrams.
• Mastery of GMAO and office tools.
• Experience in monitoring maintenance contracts and coordination of providers.
• Ability to produce clear reporting and ensure traceability of interventions. We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:
• Graduate degree in maintenance, electrical engineering, climate engineering, building, electromechanical or equivalent training.
• 5 years minimum experience in the maintenance of complex buildings.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, industry or other critical environments is an asset.
• Confirmed experience in GMAO management.
• Experience in subcontract coordination and follow-up to maintenance contracts. Personal suitability
