Mission context As part of the maintenance and evolution of its collaborative platforms, our client is looking for a Senior SharePoint Consultant / Microsoft 365. You will intervene on SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 environments, with a central role in administration, Level 3 support, complex incident resolution and accompanying the progressive transformation to Microsoft cloud solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments in operational conditions.
- Provide L3 support and handle complex incidents.
- Ensure the availability, stability and performance of collaborative platforms.
- Administer the main Microsoft 365 associated services.
- Automate administration and operating tasks with PowerShell.
- Participate in identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, Conditional Access, App Registrations and Microsoft Graph API.
- Contribute to Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance issues.
- Participate in ITSM processes: Incident, Problem and Change Management .
- Identify recurring incidents and implement corrective actions and automation.
- Participate in SharePoint On-Premises migration projects to SharePoint Online .
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, trades and projects teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Essential skills
- 7 years minimum experience on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Expertise in administration and maintenance of SharePoint On-Premises .
- Very good control of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience confirmed in technical support L3 .
- Excellent mastery of PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Good Mastery of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD:
- authentication and authorization;
- Conditional Access;
- Apps Registrations;
- Microsoft Graph API.
- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server , Active Directory and network concepts.
- Controlling Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance issues.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Assessed competencies
- Migration SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online .
- Migration tools ShareGate and SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) .
- Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automation and Power BI.
- SharePoint development with SPFx, TypeScript and React .
- Monitoring and reporting tools such as Prometheus, SPDockit or AdminDroid .
- Microsoft Certifications related to SharePoint / Microsoft 365 .
