Introduction

For our Procurement, Support & Infrastructure Division, we are looking for a Neighbourhood Manager (M/F) for the Security, Security & Environment Projects (SSE) team whose main mission will be to lead a team to carry out projects throughout the department.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the department's directions, set objectives and assist employees in achieving them
• Organize the team's activity by ensuring the matching of load, capacity and skills
• Developing the skills, autonomy and commitment of project managers
• Create a framework of trust, fostering communication, cohesion and collective performance, with demanding and caring community management
• Lead the portfolio of ESS projects and ensure the achievement of quality, cost, timeliness and risk control objectives
• Oversee projects from framing to deployment, ensuring appropriate governance and reporting
• Define priorities, monitor project progress, anticipate gaps and prepare necessary arbitrations
• Conduct operational reviews, steering committees and portfolio monitoring bodies
• Support project managers in complex situations and support strategic or sensitive projects where necessary
• Deploy and maintain the department's project management standards, methods and tools in a continuous improvement of work processes and practices
• Pilot the activity with relevant indicators and contribute to the reliability of pilotage data
• Develop trust relations with partner services and coordinate the interfaces necessary for project success
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, environment, confidentiality, compliance and business continuity requirements

Profile

• Higher technical or university training: HES/EPF engineer, Bachelor or Master in engineering, management or equivalent training
• Recognized Project Management Certification Required: PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
• Experience in managing complex, cross-cutting and multi-stakeholder projects
• Successful experience in team management or strong functional leadership experience
• Good control of project methodologies, planning, risk management, budget monitoring and reporting
• Experience in an industrial, technical, regulated or demanding environment appreciated
• Good knowledge of common office automation and project management tools
• Excellent mastery of oral and written French
• English is an asset
