For our Information Systems Division, we are looking for an SI (M/F) Communications Officer whose main mission will be to design and deploy the SI Division's communication plan, actions and communication media, in coordination with stakeholders and in compliance with the Division's strategy, editorial line and charters.

- Defining, piloting and ensuring the implementation of the SI communications strategy and plan, consistent with its objectives and editorial line
- Ensuring consistency, quality and consistency of SI communications with the editorial and graphic charters
Main responsibilities

- Ensure coordination of internal and external stakeholders involved in communication actions
- Ensure relevance of responses to communications needs of IS teams and projects
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication actions and recommend necessary improvements
- Prepare, organize and lead the editorial committee in collaboration with the Head of Service
- Design, update and follow the communication plan: objectives, messages, targets, channels, formats, line and editorial calendar
- Collect and analyse communications requests; define appropriate devices and draft associated briefs
- Coordinate input from internal and external stakeholders (business teams, designers, communication agencies, etc.)
- Design, draft, produce and update communications materials and publications
Application process
- Monitoring the application of the editorial and graphic charters on all productions Profile
- University or higher education specialized in communication and marketing
- More than 3 years experience in communication and marketing, with expertise in internal communication, ideally in the computer field
- Excellent level of French, written and oral, as well as very good mastery of English
- Advanced mastery of office IT tools, including PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastering Teams and Figma collaborative tool is an asset Customer/user orientation Team spirit
- Rigueur, sense of detail and constant concern for quality
