Adult Emergency Service The Adult Emergency Service is a multi-disciplinary, medical-surgical emergency center recognized by the Swiss Society of Emergency and Rescue Medicine (SSMUS) and a member of the Geneva Emergency Network (RUG). A reference center for the left bank, international organizations, and neighboring France, we ensure the management of all emergencies in a context of excellence. Requirements For our Adult Emergency Service, we are looking for a: Chef.fe of Clinic / Hospital Practitioner (ref: 1841) Your mission:

• Ensure the evaluation, stabilization, and orientation of patients, ensuring the quality and safety of services.
• Supervise assistants and interns on a daily basis: validation of admissions, patient accompaniment to the bed, feedback, and formative evaluation.
• Exercise on the entire spectrum of activities: vital emergencies, outpatient consultations, and post-emergency follow-up.
• Ensure the application of service protocols and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Work in close coordination with the supporting team, specialists, and medical-technical services. We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:
• Swiss federal diploma in medicine or equivalent MEBEKO recognized title.
• Minimum 3 years of practice in general internal medicine, ideally completed by exposure to emergency medicine.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, their relatives, and the multi-disciplinary team, including in stressful situations.
• Dynamism, rigor, ability to adapt to a variable flow environment, and motivation for sustained clinical work. What we offer:
