Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Supply Chain Team Manager whose main mission will be to manage a production flow in terms of planning and supply, ensuring the overall objectives of the Supply Chain. Responsibilities Team management:

• Give meaning: communicate strategic directions and set ambitious and realistic individual objectives.
• Support: support the professional development of employees through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Unite: establish a climate of trust, respect, and cohesion, promoting intra/inter-service cooperation.

• Lead change: anticipate, explain, and support evolutions (tools, processes, organization). Operational management:
• Supervise processes: manage the planning of internal and external flows until the validation of production and supply plans; control inventory and anticipate risks.
• Manage performance and challenges: monitor reporting tools to ensure the achievement of objectives; analyze delivery discrepancies, co-build, and formalize corrective action plans with internal/external partners.
• Ensure the introduction of new products and new processes in production flow planning.
• Anticipate resources: adapt the organization and recruitment needs.
• Continuously improve: adjust processes to increase efficiency in the face of new operational challenges. Profile
• HES, EPF engineering degree or equivalent
• Confirmed experience in Management and Supply Chain in the industry
• Proven practice in change management
• Natural leadership, listening skills, and empathy
• Managerial courage and situational intelligence
