Your Mission

Participate in the evolution of unity and the development of innovative pedagogical approaches, to meet the needs of our beneficiaries in their socio-professional integration journey. Your main activities

• Strengthen the existing training task force;
• Design of training schemes using innovative pedagogical approaches;
• Analysis of training needs and evaluation of existing arrangements, including external ones;
• Design of various educational materials, including digital ones;
• Curriculum design;
• Management of adult learning communities and trainers;
• Developing internal and external partnerships;
• Contribution to the formalisation of the quality dossier (fide, eduQua), statistics and qualitative studies.

Your profile

• University Bachelor of Education or equivalent;
• Knowledge and experience in integration language training for migrants and/or learning difficulties;
• Experience in andragogic engineering;
• Access to information and communication technologies;
• Association with the community of trainers;
• Adaptability, curiosity, relationship ease, sense of collaboration;
• Excellent command of the French language.
