- Coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.
- Work with project teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to support successful change adoption.
- Help identify impacted groups, assess their needs, and understand how changes may affect them.
- Support the creation and delivery of change communications and engagement plans.
- Track change readiness and adoption by gathering feedback, running surveys, and monitoring key metrics.
- Identify potential adoption risks and help address them early.
- Coordinate go-live activities and help prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Support reporting and maintain visibility of change activities, timelines, and readiness status.

- The Change Readiness & Enablement (CRE) team sits within the Operational Model Excellence (OMEX) organizational structure and provides change management strategy and oversight to CorSo's strategic initiatives.
- CRE's mandate is to ensure our internal communities are prepared, willing and able to adopt the various process and technology changes that impact their roles.
- We also partner closely with project managers and leaders to ensure there is transparency and collaboration across the portfolio.
