In the Events and Partner Organisations section, we support our customers from the approval to the conception to the implementation of an event at ETH and ensure the professional accommodation of guests in Villa Hatt and their own teaching apartments.

- For our team in the area of hospitality and partner organizations we are looking for 2026% as of 1 October or by appointment, a dedicated personality as an operator: in guest doctor apartments, which help to shape the care of our guest doctoral apartments.
- The apartments serve the accommodation of national and international teaching and research guests and make an important contribution to the attractiveness of our location as well as to academic exchange.
- Job description In this versatile function you take on a central role and are responsible for the organizational and administrative support of the guest lecturers and accompany the entire process – from the creation of the rental contracts to the transfer of the apartment, to the return and invoicing.
- You coordinate external service providers, for example for cleaning, maintenance and repair work, and ensure that the quality and functionality of the apartments are guaranteed at all times.
- With your service and solution-oriented approach, you help our guests feel well cared for and experience their stay in a pleasant atmosphere.
- You are in regular contact with the institutes and with the tenants:inside and ensure a smooth and transparent information flow.
- In addition, you take over administrative tasks, especially in contract and key management.
