Role overview
You ensure the proper functioning of the Secretariat by managing the agenda, courier and priorities with autonomy, while preparing the strategic files and the necessary materials for decision-making.
You coordinate a wide network of internal and external interlocutors, arrange high-level meetings and prepare reliable and confidential reports.
You also ensure the administrative follow-up of the employees, from arrival to departure, by ensuring a professional and attentive reception.
- You ensure the proper functioning of the Secretariat by managing the agenda, courier and priorities with autonomy, while preparing the strategic files and the necessary materials for decision-making.
- You coordinate a wide network of internal and external interlocutors, arrange high-level meetings and prepare reliable and confidential reports.
Company and context
- As the preferred interface of the department of surgery, you relay the information clearly, participate in certain meetings and help maintain a fluid communication within the organization.
- You organize the professional travel, support the organization of internal events and ensure that the budgets are respected.
- You are involved in the monitoring of cross-cutting projects, coordinate the actors involved and ensure administrative and financial processing, including fee notes and invoice validation.
- Finally, you guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive information and know how to react calmly and efficiently to unforeseen events.
- You also collaborate cross-cutting and fluidly with the secretariat of the two deputy care managers.
