Boutique Technical Advisor — Audemars Piguet

Full description

Your main mission will be to act as a technical referent and mentor for the team, for all tasks and activities related to Customer Service. You will help establish and develop lasting relationships with our customers through the creation of positive and meaningful experiences.

• You will be responsible for ensuring a customer experience and supporting the sales team in sizing bracelets, simple adjustments in store, as well as technical advice;
• Using your technical watchmaking skills, you ensure the handling, monitoring and rendering of repairs for Audemars Piguet watches in coordination with the various Customer Services and customers;
• You will carry out pre-diagnoses to identify malfunctions and carry out simple interventions;
• You will participate in the running of watchmaking masterclasses intended for our visitors and our customers who are passionate about watchmaking;
• You will be responsible for the monthly monitoring of watch component inventories, as well as the management of after-sales service watches ready to be delivered to customers;
• Finally, you will provide technical expertise to the Boutique's team members and customers and help them develop their technical watchmaking knowledge.
• You have excellent knowledge of watchmaking techniques, acquired through watchmaker training, experience in a watchmaking workshop or as a technical advisor in a boutique.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and have used an ERP in your past experiences.
• Excellent presentation, you listen to customers.
• With a strong team spirit, you like to share your passion for watchmaking.
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills.
