Your Mission

Integrated within the sector Manual finishing boxes of the Meyrin site and directly attached to the Workshop Manager, your role will be to guarantee the aesthetic control of the watchmaker clothing components in order to guarantee their compliance with the company's quality requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic control of components such as tiles, glasses, bottoms according to the defined quality criteria
• Detect surface defects such as scratches, shocks, polish defects, satin, hammering and sanding to the naked eye and magnifying glass
• Statue on the conformity of parts and ensure the treatment of non-conformities in accordance with current procedures
• Apply varnishes, lacquers or other temporary protections in accordance with quality standards and surface preservation requirements
• Ensure traceability of checks carried out
• Participate in continuous improvement of quality standards and control methods
• Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, organized and productive working environment
• Experience confirmed from 3 to 5 years minimum in aesthetic control in the watch industry, ideally in the field of dressing
• Good knowledge of watchmaker clothing components, surface conditions and aesthetic criteria of the top of the range
• Mastery of visual control tools and usual measuring means
• Ability to read and understand simple technical plans
• Ability to analyze aesthetic defects, to make quality decisions
• Excellent visual acuity, detail and concentration capacity
• Autonomy, team spirit and sense of responsibility
