- Prepare and maintain the consultation room, including replacement of protective paper, disinfection of surfaces and medical equipment, storage and organization of space
- Collaborate with the OP Planning Manager to ensure rigorous and effective follow-up of interventions
- Ensure the billing of medical assistant services and monitor the billing of medical consultations.
- Managing the various administrative tasks related to consultations: correspondence, correspondence, e-mails and medical documents
- Manage and update the watch list and update availability Your assets
- SWC medical assistant, SWC or medical secretary degree, supplemented by blood-taking training
- At least one year of experience in the field of medical consultation
- Very good mastery of computer tools, including Outlook and Word.
- Knowledge of Opale, Soarian and Ultragenda software is an asset.
- You are organized, autonomous and rigorous, with a common sense of priorities
