Announcement HR Assistant - 80% (One-year contract) Your main missions:
- Payroll support: support the team in daily and monthly personnel management tasks (mutations, controls, correspondence, digitization)
- Attendance/absence monitoring: managing the day-to-day administration of absences (seizures, controls and scanning)
- Administrative processing of family allowance files: opening and monitoring of files, system entry
- Administrative processing of accident/loss of sickness benefit records: managing the day-to-day administration of accident/illness records Your profile:
- First practical experience in a similar administrative function within an HR department,
- Training of desired HR Assistants or SWCs of business employees,
- Aisance with numbers and computer tools (the knowledge of SAP is a serious asset),
- Rigor, sense of organization, discretion and versatility,
- Team spirit and excellent service orientation.
