Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for an Assembly Mechanic-Adjuster (M/F) whose main mission will be to guarantee local operational technical support to production operators.
- Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for an Assembly Mechanic-Adjuster (M/F) whose main mission will be to guarantee local operational technical support to production operators.
- Intervene at first level on technical hazards and coordinate, if necessary, relays to the competent contacts
- Ensure the availability, proper use and monitoring of equipment, tools and consumables
Main responsibilities
- Intervene at first level on technical hazards and coordinate, if necessary, relays to the competent contacts
- Ensure the availability, proper use and monitoring of equipment, tools and consumables
Application process
- Carry out field interventions: troubleshooting, adjustments, audits and control of the application of 5S
- Monitor the indicators within its scope and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in development projects for the platform by providing operational expertise. Profile
- Holder, at least, of an AFP in a technical field
- Professional experience in an industrial environment desired, ideally acquired in the watchmaking sector Mastery of French, both oral and written Good ease in using common IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Ability to listen, analyze and understand situations
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to take a step back.
