Quality Control Analyst (m/f/d) - Your next job?

As Quality Control Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of our department Quality Control and you will be attached to our Quality Control Supervisor.

At the heart of quality control, you will carry out evaluations with a strong olfactory dimension, guaranteeing the conformity and excellence of our products. You will be in charge of evaluating, controlling and analyzing perfumery ingredients and finished products by performing olfactory controls associated with physico-chemical and analytical tests to ensure compliance with standards, specifications and product safety.

Your Main Mission

• Conduct accurate olfactory assessments to ensure consistency and compliance of finished products and raw materials;
• Contribute to basic analytical checks, including chromatography, to complete your olfactory observations.
• Document, interpret and communicate results in accordance with existing quality standards.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure constant sensory excellence.
• Create, document, investigate and communicate non-compliances (Z1, Z2 and Z3) and inform internal stakeholders;
• Run and record daily equipment calibrations;
• Perform its tasks in accordance with the procedures and working instructions and instructions received from the person responsible or coordinator;
• Actively contribute to the proper functioning of the quality department and the achievement of the objectives of the site;
• Reproving ideas for continuous improvement and contributing to their implementation.

Your Profile

• You benefit from a degree in perfumery combined with analytical training or training deemed equivalent;
• You have an initial experience in a similar function with a recognized experience in olfaction;
• You have good knowledge of perfumery ingredients. Knowledge of physico-chemical analyses such as GC-FID is an asset;
• You have perfect command of French. Mastering English is an asset;
• You master computer tools such as Chromeleon and MS Office. Mastery of SAP is a serious asset;
• You are particularly well-known for your proposal strength, dynamism, teamwork and cooperation.
• You have an excellent sense of communication and listening, you are naturally customer oriented;
• You demonstrate a proactive attitude to changes and ongoing improvements to the site.
