- Provide daily administrative support to the Executive Assistant
- Manage and update contacts of the Head of Division in CRM
- Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate appointments
- Support logistical preparations for meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls, mail and electronic communications Managing the economy Organize business trips and track fees
- Participate in cross-cutting projects within the Communication & Image Division
- Contribute to improving internal procedures and trade fluidification
- Ensure the filing and archiving of physical and digital documents
- Ensure the back-up role of the Management Assistant in case of absence Profile
- Confirmed experience in a similar position ideally in an international environment Knowledge and practice of a CRM tool
