MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE You will provide, lead, and supervise a variety of activities within the Extracurricular Department. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating communication with the department team as well as with CDL parents whose children attend the programs. As an Activity Leader, you will work within the following time windows: between 3:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on weekdays, and from 12:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, for a total of 15 hours and 30 minutes per week. Your exact working hours may vary slightly depending on operational needs. The position is to be taken from mid-November ideally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing attentive supervision and support to students throughout the day, ensuring their safe movement between activities, facilities, and designated locations
- Supervising and coordinating activities with external providers, on and off campus
- Maintaining effective communication and responding promptly to emergencies or safeguarding concerns
- Maintaining and updating administrative and operational tracking tools SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Language: fluent both in English and French
