Company and context
- Proactively accompany customers in technological and organizational changes, promote their further development in a targeted manner and advise on site as required
- University degree with a technical and business background or equivalent education and training
- Experience in the sustainable support and further development of existing customer relationships with account responsibility in the IT service environment
- Competence in the structured collection, analysis and prioritization of customer needs
- Practice in dealing with service and contract bases as well as in accompanying offer and service processes
- Strong ability to coordinate between customers, internal specialists, service providers and other stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as good knowledge of English
