We recruit one

80% management supervisor - CDM 12 months (ref: 2016)

Attached to the Head of Management Control within the Financial Directorate, you ensure the financial control and monitoring of the institution's performance. You provide the Directorate and business leaders with reliable analysis, relevant indicators and decision support tools.

A true partner of the various departments, you actively contribute to the optimization of processes, cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency, as well as to the development of control tools and the automation of flows.

Your mission

As such, you will be required to

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, in collaboration with the Directorate and the various heads of departments;
• To carry out the financial analyses necessary to manage the institution's performance;
• Establish relevant scorecards and performance indicators;
• Identify and propose opportunities to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency;
• Optimize closing processes in collaboration with different departments and contribute to the automation of flows;
• Create, analyse and publish monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports using specific tools, including Opale and Power BI;
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions;
• Ensure the management of cost accounting according to REKOLE, contribute to its continuous improvement and integrate data into financial tools;
• Participate in the review, analysis, continuous improvement and harmonization of internal and financial processes;
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making;
• Respond to requests from operational teams and provide them with the reports and analyses necessary for their decision-making or submissions to the Directorate.

We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:

We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience in management control, supplemented by:

• University training or Federal Patent as a specialist in finance and accounting, or training deemed equivalent;
• Experience in the field of health, ideally in the hospital sector;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and modelling capabilities;
• Excellent mastery of Excel and other financial steering tools;
• A capacity to produce reliable and relevant analyses to support decision-making;
• Ability to collaborate with various interlocutors and to meet the needs of operational teams;
• A spirit of continuous improvement and an ability to propose process optimization solutions.
