- To strengthen our team based in Carouge from 1 February 2026 onwards, we are looking for a passionate and committed person Responsible for the construction projects for the agency of Geneva Control Before, During and After the installation of the kitchens Propose and implement improvements in the management of the construction sites Guarantee a quality of the installations in accordance with the processes and standards Plan and organize the resources Plan and organize the deliveries according to the dates of assembly Organize, supervise and manage the construction sites Take and control the measures on the construction sites Process the retouching lists and VAS Verify and validate the invoices of our subcontractors Êto be the contact person and the customer respondent on the construction sites Intervention SAV (retouches, replace the VAS technician in his absence) Êto be the holder of a CFC carpenter or justify a sufficient professional experience Have recognized skills in the field of kitchens (minimum 5 years of experience) Ability to work independently while easily integrating into a team Good presentation Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovation Orientation Results, solutions and clients Feeling of contact, charisma and excellent communication skills Leadership and team spirit Flexibility Stress resistance Impact and influence Mastering of computer tools Être very at ease with administrative tasks An intensive integration programme is planned, allowing our new colleagues to benefit from product and system training within the company.
