Main responsibilities
- Communication with concept: You start to create communication concepts and learn how to organize and implement projects.
- You independently manage communication projects under our guidance.
- Texts that arrive: You write texts of all kinds - from the press release to Intranet news to articles for internal and external media.
- Good content, many forms: You implement topics for different channels and in different formats: from podcast to daily news app.
- You take different perspectives into account, plan your own target group and are creative in the preparation.

- You bring knowledge about the application of digital media in communication and have first experience in the production and publication processes. We offer
- Our 18-month paid volunteer in the area of Communications & Public Affairs offers you a solid training „on-the-job, as well as targeted and supporting theoretical training opportunities.
- Our training program is DAPR certified and so we can offer our volunteers the best possible qualification in parallel with the job.
- Depending on the previous experience, an accompanying, personalized training at the DAPR or a further training is offered through flexible training.
- The selection of further training and further training is taken together with you and thus perfectly adapted to your needs.
- The training costs are covered by Roche.

- More important to us is that you are enthusiastic about the communication subject, are open to the variety of topics and are able to prepare them attractively and target group-oriented.
- You enjoy texting, conceptualizing, graphic design and organizing.
