- Act as the SPOC to Accelerate Deal Closures (擔任單一窗口，加速案件成交): Act as the dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Commercial teams.
- Proactively resolve cross-functional bottlenecks (e.g., integrating supply availability, logistics planning, and financial terms) to accelerate sales velocity and improve customer responsiveness.
- Internal Orchestration via T-shaped Skills (運用T型能力進行內部整合): Cultivate and utilize T-shaped interdisciplinary capabilities to independently coordinate within Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement silos.
- Deliver holistic, "ready-to-execute" solutions to the Commercial team, minimizing their communication efforts.
- Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Strategy Execution: Design and execute supply chain strategies that reflect Roche’s mission of improving lives through diagnostics.
- S Ownership: Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S ) process to ensure high demand forecast accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
- End-to-End Oversight: Oversee all supply chain facets, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, distribution, and customer order management.
