WHAT WILL YOUR IMPACT BE?
Mission
Within our Steel Bracelet sector, you will evolve as a professional polishing specialist in a stimulating and learning-intensive environment. Your curiosity and your mind oriented towards finding solutions will contribute to rhyming know-how, quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- You will be the technical reference polishing within the steel bracelet workshop and will provide support and training to polishers, while promoting a good working climate.
- You will actively participate in the production of the workshop, participate in the organisation of the work and contribute to the performance of the workshop by monitoring the planning, the distribution of the daily load and the monitoring of yields.
- You will be the guarantor of quality, of the resolution of technical problems on the ground, and you will participate in continuous improvement by guaranteeing the correct application of the processes.
- You will support the Sector Manager by relaying the technical information, accompanying the team in achieving the results with a positive and motivating attitude and being a force of proposal.
