- The Judicial Council seeks two persons with a lawyer's patent, a license or a master of rights who are able to participate in decision-making in the circulation process and draft judgments, as well as the necessary availability to participate in court meetings. Sufficient practical knowledge is required for the performance of the office. Preference is given to persons with in-depth experience in civil and/or criminal law
- Profil Amt 1: Mastering the German language with good knowledge of the French language
- Profil Amt 2: Mastering the French language with a good knowledge of the German language
- Voting rights in cantonal matters. Foreign nationals must hold a residence permit and have been resident in the canton for at least five years. There shall be no loss certificates against the persons. You must not have been convicted of acts incompatible with the judicial office
