Tasks
- As Stv. Team Leader, you support the team leadership in the organization and implementation of agonical and nursing services as well as other tasks and bear the co-responsibility of the department in the absence of team leadership.
- Together with their colleagues with an agogic and nursing professional background, they accompany and care for adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities and with sometimes challenging behaviors and epilepsy. You build a professional relationship with the residents and design their living space as well as the daily and leisure structures according to their individual needs. They shall take into account the UNRC
- They promote and support the residents in the perception of their basic needs, shape their everyday life with them and support them in their health maintenance.
- They are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogic process and work together with internal contact persons, relatives and legal representatives as well as external bodies.
- They work in specialist and working groups and thus actively participate in the development of the entire institution and its areas
Requirements
- They are dipl. Social pedagogue/social pedagogue HF or FH or have a nursing education as a dipl. Nursing professional HF / FH and have experience working with people with disabilities or are interested in getting familiar with this field of activity
- You already have initial leadership experience or would like to take the next career step with us
- They show a high willingness to engage in a professional relationship with the residents and to represent their concerns
- You have a solution-oriented work organization and a high level of personal responsibility
- With their creative and transparent communicative nature, they proactively shape everyday life
