- Management of the platform (e.g. administration, preparation and organization of the modules) User Support and Helpline (lecture days)
- Support of the live broadcast (zoom) and problem solving
- Backup for the management of the live stream from the lecture hall
- Prepare, edit and edit the lecture videos for the video library
- Further administrative, organisational tasks related to the platform
- Collaboration Team UZH3 outside lecture hours as required Requirements
- Ideally, you are already in your master’s degree and are flexible and ready to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
- We are happy to get to know you if you also have a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility, have very good communication skills both in German and English (word and writing), like to use your digital skills and understand yourself as a team player.
- Work experience with customer contact (also from internships or volunteer work) and initial knowledge in platform management or with a CMS are desired but not a condition. We offer:
