- Your main responsibilities
- Provide individualised educational support tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
- Diploma of specialist teacher or equivalent.
- Experience with people with intellectual disabilities, behavioural disorders and/or ASD.

- Provide individualised educational support tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
- Design, implement and evaluate personalized educational projects.
- Conduct structured activities, developing skills, providing physical and psychological well-being.
- Preventing, understanding and managing crisis situations or challenging behaviours through appropriate educational approaches.
- Work closely with the housing education teams and the various partners of the network.
- Participate in team meetings, institutional reflections and the writing of observations and reviews.
- Actively contribute to a secure, structuring and caring environment.
Key requirements
- Diploma of specialist teacher or equivalent.
- Experience with people with intellectual disabilities, behavioural disorders and/or ASD.
- Trained or sensitized to approaches: Functional, ABA, TEACCH, PECS, CAA (an asset)
- Ability to analyse, manage stress and take back complex situations.
- Excellent relational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. A sense of responsibility, creativity and professional commitment.
- Mastery of the usual computer tools and ease of writing. We offer:
