Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the user experience of your product area as part of a cross-functional product team of developers, product owners, analysts and UX researchers
- Active participation in the further development of our online shops and ensuring a high design quality
- Responsibility for the visual design process in the team within the design system as well as ensuring compliance with our design guidelines
- Development and validation of solutions in an iterative human-centered design process based on qualitative and quantitative data, mockups and prototypes
- Comprehensive communication of complex topics through convincing presentations and active sharing of your expertise in the team
- Personnel management and development of two UX designers as Senior UX Designer with Teamlead responsibility (20% of your working time) Requirements
- 5 years: User Experience Design
- Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, Communication/Visual Design
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a UX designer
- In-depth experience in user interface design;
