- Capture, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes in the SAP SD environment
- Act as a central interface between department and development – with in-depth know-how in SAP, e-commerce systems and their integration
Main responsibilities
- Capture, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes in the SAP SD environment
- Act as a central interface between department and development – with in-depth know-how in SAP, e-commerce systems and their integration
- Partly as product owners coordinate stakeholders from sales, marketing and management and from their interests enable viable solutions
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the lead-to-cash process, taking into account the impact along the entire value chain
- Formulate requirements of high quality and implementable – technically correct, testable, technically feasible and with clear acceptance criteria Requirements
- Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the areas of sales, ordering, delivery and/or return processes Sound SAP knowledge (SD)
- Knowledge of process analysis, requirements management and agile methods
- Understanding interfaces to areas such as logistics/master data/pricing/customer service/e-commerce/finance
