Company and context
- Provide strategic legal advice and business-focused counseling to the Pharma Technical Operations (PT) and Direct Procurement organizations.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements , including manufacturing, supply, and development contracts key to our global operations.
- Act as the primary legal point of contact for technical operations and facility matters during large, high-stakes transactions.
- Develop and implement legal strategies for the global business by collaborating closely with other lawyers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters under Swiss and EU legislation, with a focus on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality systems.
- Manage outside counsel retained to support specific global legal matters.

- You are a proactive, confident professional who views change as an opportunity and is committed to driving continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Legal Excellence: A passed Bar Exam and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience within an international law firm or the legal department of a multinational group.
- Industry Expertise: Prior legal experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a strong understanding of drug manufacturing processes, cGMP regulations, and technical compliance.
