• Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience: in administration or in retail
• Completed vocational training (EFZ): in retail or as a merchant
• You are structured and organized, keep track of multiple tasks and communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner
• You enjoy working in a team, are actively involved and value collaboration with different stakeholders
• You act in a customer-oriented manner, quickly identify needs and find suitable, practical solutions
• You know the special features of the retail trade and understand the requirements of a dynamic environment
• You work confidently with common MS Office applications and use them efficiently in everyday work
